Production Process
Design & Engineering
Every project begins with detailed architectural and structural engineering. CAD/CAM systems generate precise cutting plans for each component.
Timber Preparation
Kiln-dried C24 structural timber is cut to exact dimensions using CNC machinery. All cuts are made with millimetre precision.
Wall Panel Assembly
Wall panels are assembled in our factory — structural frame, insulation, OSB sheathing, vapour barrier, and facade cladding are all integrated.
Window & Door Integration
Triple-glazed windows and doors are factory-fitted into wall panels, ensuring perfect alignment and weatherproofing.
Quality Control
Every component undergoes rigorous quality inspection before packaging. Dimensions, materials, and assembly quality are all verified.
Packaging & Shipping
Components are carefully packaged and loaded for transport. Detailed assembly instructions and drawings accompany every delivery.
