We are excited to introduce our new modular house product line. Unlike our traditional timber frame kits that are assembled on-site, these modular units are fully constructed at our facility and delivered as complete, ready-to-install structures.

The modular line includes five models: Module 2 (22 m²), Module 3 (32.5 m²), Module 4 (43.7 m²), Module 5 (54.1 m²), and Module 35 (35 m²). Each can be configured for residential, commercial, or hospitality use.

Modular houses offer several advantages: faster delivery (2-4 weeks from order), minimal on-site work, and consistent factory-controlled quality. They are ideal for guest houses, holiday rentals, offices, or as a first home.

We have also added the Module Sauna 3 — a 32.1 m² unit combining traditional sauna facilities with comfortable living space. Contact us for pricing and availability.
