We understand that building a home is a significant investment. To make the process smoother and more transparent, Norge House has introduced a clear 3-stage payment structure for all projects.

Stage 1: 10% of the total amount is paid at the signing of the contract. This secures your project in our production schedule and covers initial design and planning work.

Stage 2: 50% of the total price is paid before manufacturing begins. This covers materials procurement and the factory production of your house kit.

Stage 3: The remaining 40% is paid once the construction kit is completed, delivered to the site, and assembled. You only pay the final instalment when you can see your house standing.
